Can I add a gift note?
Yep. Add your message at checkout and we’ll pop it on the packing slip (no prices in the box). Sending a digital gift card? Your note goes straight into their inbox. If you forget the note, reply to your order confirmation ASAP and we’ll try to catch it.
How fast is delivery?
We ship EU-wide with tracking from Berlin. Most orders leave in 3-4 business days; typical transit is DE 2–5 days and EU 5–8 days (remote areas can take a touch longer). Holiday cut-offs and any delays will be called out on the site banner. You’ll get a tracking link the moment it’s on the way.
What is the return policy?
Free 30-day returns on unopened items. Starts within 30 days of delivery, keep kits complete, and we’ll refund to your original payment once they’re back with us. Used/opened items can’t be resold for hygiene reasons (glitter is fun; sharing skin stuff isn’t).
How's the glitter with sensitive skin?
Our blends are plant-derived, cosmetic-grade, and microplastic-free—made to be skin-kind and comfy. That said, every skin is different: patch-test first, avoid broken/irritated skin, and keep product away from the waterline. Use our aloe-based Fix for gentle wear, and remove with water. If irritation pops up, rinse and discontinue.

Our glitter is plant-based and microplastic-free. It goes on easy and rinses off with water. We ship plastic-free, pack light, and fund plastic collection with partners because sparkle should outlast the night, not the planet.
